A drama of a 65-year-old woman. It all began with a loan for PLN 25,000. The case dates back to 2005.

The material about the family tragedy of the 65-year-old was prepared by reporters of “Intervention”. About two decades ago, an elderly woman and her husband took a loan against home, due to the difficult financial situation. The property was worth about 300,000 at that time. zloty. They borrowed 25,000 PLN from a company registered in Cyprus. They wanted to pay it back quickly – even in two months, although they were half a year old. The 65-year-old husband received from one of the banks assurance that he would soon get a loan. However, this did not happen.

The loan company began to charge interest for late payment. The debt grew and grew, and finally, according to the contract, the house ceased to be the property of marriage.

Did he know that “the house came from extortion”?

Due to the difficult financial situation, the 65-year-old spouse took his own life. After the man’s death, the company enforced the takeover of the house and forced the woman to move out. The case went to court, which admitted that this action was dishonest. The judiciary stated that there was a crime of extortion and annulled the sale of real estate. In the meantime, he passed “from hand to hand” and currently lives a man who bought him and carried out his renovation.

Formally, the 65-year-old is the owner of the property today. However, he cannot live in it, because – by a court decision – he must first pay the tenant 460 thousand. PLN (the cost of renovations and debts repaid by a man). The senior does not have such capital. At the same time, the other side does not want to sit down to talk to get along.

The woman reported one of the conversations with the man in Polsat. She claims that the tenant “knew that the house was from extortion.” – As I went out with the last things, I told this gentleman, whether he realizes that there, in this room, that my husband stays there. It didn’t impress him – she pointed out.
