Kołodziejczyk was a coach of the national team in road cycling in youth categories in 1979-1984. From 2002, Kołodziejczyk was a coach and sports director in the “Mikomax” professional group for the next four years, and in 2007-2012 in the professional group of women’s “Primus” Łódź.
