Kołodziejczyk was a coach of the national team in road cycling in youth categories in 1979-1984. He also worked as a trainer in cycling clubs: Gwardii Katowice, Zigi Casio Częstochowa, Sprandi Częstochowa and KK Tramwajarz Łódź. The director of the Tram Cycling Club in Łódź, Jerzy Bednarek, emphasized that “during the cooperation of Kołodziejczyk with the Łódź club, players won about 200 races.”
From 2002, Kołodziejczyk was a coach and sports director in the “Mikomax” professional group for the next four years, and in 2007-2012 in the professional group of women’s “Primus” Łódź. He also worked at Rafako Racibórz. In the Polish Cycling Association, after the election of Marek Leśniewski as the president of Kołodziejczyk, he was a member of the Women’s Cycling Committee.
