This is a probable scenario, but we asked with curiosity about the opinion of Polish and Poles. At the request of “Wprost”, the SW Research agency conducted a study in which the question was: Should Robert Lewandowski return to the Polish national team?
The results left no doubt. Over 50 percent respondents want Lewandowski’s return to the representation. Interestingly, we asked exactly what role – whether again the captain of the team or not necessarily. There are slightly more who would like Lewandowski again in the captain’s role (34.9 percent). The second group, i.e. RL9 in the frame yes, but not as a captain, is 24.3 percent.
As for the opponents of the idea of returning RL9 to the national team, the percentage is similar (equal to 20 %) as in the case of no opinion in this case (i.e. 20.8 percent).
