Monting Development, whose co -owner is Robert Lewandowski, purchased an attractive plot in Warsaw. According to Gazeta Wyborcza, the value of the property is about PLN 100 million. The plot is located on a prestigious will, and its seller was Archicom, a company belonging to the Echo Investment group.

Robert Lewandowski was also involved in the implementation of the unique housing estate “City of Polish Olympic Champions” in the Lesznowola commune. The investment has recently obtained a building permit for the first stage, under which a building with 285 apartments will be built.

The estate will take 12 hectares at the former Mysiadło gardening farm. The concept assumes the division into four districts, three of which will be named after the host cities of the Olympic Games-“Paris”, “Milan” and “Los Angeles”. The fourth part of the estate will become a sports center. Modern apartment blocks will have six and seven floors.
