You may have already heard about his apartment building at 35 Chłodna Street in Warsaw. Now, however, you will find out what the cost of the apartments being built there is.
Robert Lewandowski is building a luxury apartment building
“Chłodna 35 is not another premium investment. It is a project that defines what luxury really is,” argued Robert Lewandowski in an interview with Forbes. The apartment building being built in Wola is to have 8 above-ground and two underground floors. The BJK Architekci studio is responsible for the design.
Apartments in a building owned by Monting Development will not be available to everyone – and not only because of their price. The sale is to take place in a closed formula, as announced by real estate expert Andrzej Kołacz on Instagram.
It is known that there will be service premises on the ground floor of the building. In turn, there will be 50 apartments on the floors, priced at up to PLN 100,000. PLN per square meter. Residents of the building will be able to use, among others: from the swimming pool, sauna, SPA or “wellness space”. There were even plans to build an air raid shelter, which is rare in our country.
Lewandowski is recovering from injury
