Robert Lewandowski does not stop. We know the details of the new investment

Robert Lewandowski is expanding his activities in the real estate industry. Monting Development, in which the shareholder is the captain of the Polish national team, announced that he is planning to implement another investment, this time in Warsaw’s Ursynów. The developer stated that he had concluded a preliminary contract for the purchase of a plot with an area of ​​1257 sq m, located at the intersection of Cinnamonowa and Indy Gandhi streets.

As “Przegląd Sportowy” reminds the previously neighboring plot at Cinnamonowa, for PLN 82 million, Munja B14, belonging to Danilo Djurovic, Lewandowski’s partner in Monting Development and the president of this company, bought for PLN 82 million. It was to be built, but the plot was never built. which this investment was planned, it remained empty, and the Ursynów authorities for years wondered what to do with this place.

This is another investment of the “Lewy” company. At the beginning of February, we wrote that Monting Development invested in a plot at Chłodna Street in Warsaw’s Wola, where exclusive apartments are to be built. From the information provided by Gazeta Wyborcza, the value of the property is about 100 million zloty. The seller of the plot was Archicom, a company belonging to the Echo Investment group.

President of Monting Development, Danilo Djurović, emphasized that the investment at Chłodna Street will be a project of a unique character. Planned apartments are to be distinguished by modern design and the highest quality.

Robert Lewandowski was also involved in the implementation of the unique housing estate “City of Polish Olympic Champions” in the Lesznowola commune. The investment has recently obtained a building permit for the first stage, under which a building with 285 apartments will be built.
