Digital Revolution: Treasury e-office on the phone

The Ministry of Finance in cooperation with the National Tax Administration presented the application E-Tax Office-a modern tool that simplifies contact with tax offices. The application, available on Android and iOS, has been integrated with the Mobatwol platform, offering convenient and quick logging in using the Signle Sign-On function. Thanks to this, users of the MOBKitan application do not have to enter additional data to use tax services.

What functions in the Treasury E-application?

The new application e-tax office provides a wide range of possibilities. Here’s what you can do:

• Submitting documents: tax declarations (PIT, CIT, VAT), applications (e.g. active regret, non-arrears certificates), registration forms (ZAP-3, NIP-7, NIP-8).

• Payment management: Possibility of paying fines and online taxes using BLIK or Internet transfers.

• Access to information: tax balance, microchrah, payment history, PIT and VAT returns.

• Communication with the Office: E-Korspondence Management, browsing and downloading complex documents, insight into the list of powers of attorney.

• Taxpayer report: Comprehensive tax information at your fingertips.

Facilitation and development plans

The Ministry of Finance has announced further improvements in the Tax Office application. In the future, users will gain access to new functions, such as:

• Organization account management.

• Introduction by credit card payments.

• The option of sharing an account with other people.

• Pre -completed tax declarations that can be approved without a digital signature.

• Chatbot supporting navigation and answers to questions.
