Property Forum 2025 – ahead of us is the jubilee, fifteenth edition of the largest real estate market conference in Poland
On September 25 and 26, 2025, the fifteenth, jubilee edition of Property of Forum – the largest and most important conference on the real estate market in Poland – will take place at the Sherton Grand Hotel in Warsaw. This event has been gathering business leaders, investors, developers, architects, representatives of financial institutions, public administration and the scientific community for years, becoming a space of dialogue about the future of the sector.
The jubilee edition of the conference is not only an opportunity to summaries, but above all inspiration for further development. The opening session will bring the answer to the key questions for the real estate industry: How to effectively attract global investments to Poland and do they constitute a condition for further development of the real estate sector in our country? How to stimulate native private capital and involve Polish investors in a long -term real estate market growth? What regulations could realistically stimulate investments on the commercial and housing real estate market, while not reducing the quality of projects or customer safety? What megatrendy do commercial and housing real estate – is the sector ready for what is coming? The Two-day Agenda Property Forum 2025 will include key topics for the market: the future of commercial offices and spaces, housing and warehouse investments, energy transformation, city development, innovations and technologies, as well as investment perspectives in Poland and the region of Central and Eastern Europe.

Traditionally, there will also be two prestigious industry competitions: Prime Property Prize and Proptech Festival. The culminating moment of this year’s Property Forum will be the gala Prime Prime Prime Prize and Proptech Festival, scheduled for an elegant Ufficio Primo space in Warsaw.

The 15th edition of Property Forum, the largest conference in Poland dedicated to commercial and housing real estate, will take place from September 25-26, 2025, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Warsaw.
