Problems with the Trusted Profile. There is a statement from the Ministry of Digital Affairs
The Ministry of Digitization informs about difficulties in access to the Trusted Profile. The Ministry recommends using other forms of authorization.
The Ministry of Digitization issued a statement on Monday informing about difficulties in access to the Trusted Profile. – Currently, there are temporary difficulties with access to the Trusted Profile. Therefore, logging in and authenticating using a Trusted Profile and using a Trusted Signature are currently not possible –we read in the statement.
The Trusted Profile does not work. The Ministry recommends another form of authorization
The Ministry of Digital Affairs recommends using other forms of authorization, e.g. using the mObywatel application. – We are working to resolve the issue and will keep you updated on any changes – emphasized in today’s announcement.
The Ministry does not inform how long the disruptions may last.
The Trusted Profile is used to electronically confirm identity on the Internet and enables electronic signing of documents.
Thanks to the Trusted Profile, you can log in to public administration IT systems, such as: Electronic Services Platform of the Social Insurance Institution (PUE ZUS), Internet Patient Account (IKP), or e-Tax Office.

On May 9, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., customers were unable to log in to the eMakler and mInwestor transaction services and the mBank Giełda application. Between 2:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., it was not possible to pay by card online or log in to your account online or in the mobile application.
UPDATE: Before 12.00 The Ministry of Digitization announced that the Trusted Profile and related services are now working properly.
