The latest data shows that salaries in AI-related positions have increased significantly over the year, with the largest increases going to people just starting their careers. At the same time, the labor market remains demanding and increasingly relies on experience.

Salaries in AI have increased significantly

Data from No Fluff Jobs show that salaries in positions related to artificial intelligence have increased by several percent in the case of B2B contracts and by several dozen percent in employment contracts during the year. The biggest change was recorded in junior positions, where the increase in salary ranges reached from 80 to even 100 percent. year to year.

Juniors working on AI projects can expect remuneration from PLN 12,200 to PLN 18,000 on a B2B contract. In turn, experienced specialists earn salaries ranging from PLN 23,000 to PLN 28,500. The amounts quoted refer to median salaries published in job offers.

Companies are still looking primarily for experienced specialists

The study also shows that about one third of people working in IT are concerned about the impact of artificial intelligence on their professional future. The greatest concern is expressed by employees dealing with, among others, frontend, backend, mobile or testing. IT administrators, technical support workers, project managers and scrum masters have much less concerns.

Hybrid work strengthens its position

The analysis also indicates that the hybrid model is becoming a standard in the IT industry.
