According to Expats.cz, it is caused by a high voltage failure in the Chodov district. It mainly affected the southern and eastern areas of the Czech capital, although problems also occurred in the northern part. Problems also occurred in other cities: Hradec Kralove, Liberec, Mladá Boleslav, Uście nad Łabą, Cieplice, Ceksa Lipa, Kolin, Pardubice, as reported by Irozhlas.cz.
