Polish woman experiences nightmare during vacation in Bulgaria. “I was dying of fear”

When going on a dream vacation, each of us expects to spend an exceptionally nice time with family or friends. Sometimes, however, vacations can turn into real hell.
A group of people from Poland found out that holidays don’t always look the way we want them to. The tourists decided to spend their holidays in Bulgaria. They booked a week-long trip to the town of Obzor in the Burgas region on the Black Sea coast. As it turned out, their dream vacation would turn into a real nightmare.
Buses of horror. “I sent a farewell text message”
The first problems appeared at the airport. “According to the agreement, we were supposed to be provided with transport to the hotel. There was no driver or coach in the parking lot. The people from the travel agency had no idea what was going on. Together with several families, we were stuck like pegs at the airport. My son was hungry and tired,” said the clearly outraged tourist.
After an hour, a minibus finally arrived to take the Poles to their hotel. The tourists were not happy, however. They complained that the road was narrow and dangerous and the driver was going crazy like a rally driver. “I was dying of fear. I even sent a farewell text message to my parents. If we had flown off the road, there would have been nothing to collect,” she admitted.
When the tourists arrived at their destination, it turned out that the driver had pulled up to another hotel. “Laden with luggage, pissed off and exhausted by the 35-degree heat, we politely asked the driver if he would give us a lift that distance. He refused,” the Polish traveler reported.
Was your holiday in Bulgaria that bad?
The place where the group was accommodated was a few kilometers from Obzor. It turned out that the bus that ran between the city and the hotel did not have a set schedule, so some of the vacationers had to return to the hotel on their own.
Not everything turned out to be so bad, however. – I can’t complain about everything. It was relatively cheap, the tables were bending under the weight of delicious food, we had two minutes to the warm sea, the children’s entertainment organizers were very creative – emphasized a tourist from Poland in the “Fakt” magazine.
