The Polish Legions ship got stuck in the port of Florida. New information has appeared in the case. The American Coast Guard made a decision.

In an interview with journalists, Nicole Groll from the Coast Guard in Miami explained that such matters related to non -compliance with the regulations regarding the pollution of the sea by ships and the safety of life at sea, the services approach very seriously.
The portal contacted Krzysztof Gogol spokesman for the Polish Naval Shipping, who announced that after solving the problems, the unit finally received permission to continue the cruise.

In an interview with WP.PL, he revealed that no financial penalties were imposed on PŻM. Sailors can count on the care of lawyers. They also receive remuneration – as if they were still on board the ship and worked.
A few days ago, the Polish Legions left the Cape Canaveral port. At this point, part of the crew continues the journey. WP unofficially established that the explanatory proceedings may last up to three months. Polish sailors cannot leave the federal district until the end of the case.
