Polish houses as art galleries
For seven years, Samsung The Frame TVs have been the most popular lifestyle models in Poland. According to the manufacturer, 70,000 have been sold since 2017. These devices are used not only in homes, but also in museums, art galleries and auction houses. What is their phenomenon and why are Poles increasingly choosing larger models?
Samsung The Frame stands out from the competition with its unique approach to design and function. When hung on the wall, it resembles a work of art – thanks to its minimalist design, it fits perfectly into the aesthetics of modern interiors. The built-in Matte Screen Coating eliminates light reflections, which means that the image remains clear even on a sunny day. Additionally, in 2024, the TV received the prestigious Validated ArtfulColor certificate from PANTONE®, which confirms excellent color reproduction in accordance with the standards of this organization.
The variability of sizes meets the needs of Poles
Poles are particularly fond of the 55-inch model – it accounts for as much as 28% of all The Frame units sold. However, larger models, such as 75” and 85”, are becoming increasingly popular. The increase in sales of larger diagonals, which in 2023 amounted to 7% compared to the previous year, shows that more and more people want to fully use the potential of these TVs, especially in larger spaces.
Open kitchens, spacious living rooms or den areas are where the larger The Frame models work great, becoming the centerpiece of home entertainment. Smaller versions, such as the 32-inch, fit perfectly into more intimate spaces, such as bedrooms or offices.
Functionality and art in one
Samsung The Frame is not just a TV – it is also a way to create your own art gallery in your own home. With Art Mode, the device can display works from the Art Store collection, which includes over 2,500 works in various styles – from classics, through modern paintings, to excellent photographs.
The ability to personalize the TV frame allows users to match the look of the device to any interior. It’s not just technology – it’s also art that becomes a part of our everyday lives.
The future of interiors with Samsung The Frame
Samsung not only focuses on modern technologies, but also supports creativity. A unique competition for students, architects and interior designers is organized until September 23, 2024. Participants are tasked with designing a conceptual interior using Samsung The Frame TV and a Bespoke refrigerator. The prize includes media promotion of the project and a professional photo shoot by Szymon Brodziak. The total prize pool exceeds PLN 100,000.
Samsung The Frame is a device that redefines the way we perceive televisions. It is not just RTV equipment – it is an element of a modern, elegant interior that combines functionality and art in one.
