On Saturday, August 15, Poland will celebrate Polish Army Day and the 106th anniversary of the victorious Battle of Warsaw. The main point of the celebrations will be a parade on Wisłostrada in Warsaw. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 12 and will be available to the public in designated zones along the route. About 1,800 soldiers representing all branches of the armed forces will take part in the march. Delegations of allied armies will also appear. Viewers will also see Polish Krab howitzers, Korean K9, Rak mortars and rocket artillery. There will be lighter reconnaissance vehicles, engineering machines and unmanned equipment. Soldiers from the Land Forces, Air Force, Navy, WOT, Special Forces and Cyberspace Defense will present themselves to the audience.
F-35 and Apache will fly over the Vistula River
More than 60 aircraft are to appear over Warsaw. The Polish F-35 “Husarz”, which first arrived in the country in May, will attract the most attention. They will be accompanied by F-16 fighters and FA-50 training and combat aircraft.
