The most important criteria are: price (64 percent), ease of booking (44 percent) and elasticity of the lease period (42 percent). The location of the rental company, the technical condition of the car, availability of insurance and opinions of other clients are also important. Additional factors are the possibility of lifting liability for damages, the availability of various brands and models, and no need to use a credit card.
