Poles complain about shopping centers. We know what the reasons are

Poles are increasingly visiting shopping centers, but their satisfaction is decreasing.
The latest study of Inquira shows that in 2024 the percentage of customers satisfied with the last visit fell to 77 percent, i.e. 14 percentage points less than a year ago. At the same time, more and more people regularly visit galleries – 44 percent. respondents appear there at least once a week, and 6 percent Even every day.
More and more visits, but less satisfaction
The study showed a significant decrease in the level of customer satisfaction. In 2023, 91 percent declared positive experiences. visitors, while in 2024 only 77 percent Poles are increasingly using different centers – 46 percent. He visits two galleries, and 24 percent Even three.
How often do Poles visit shopping centers?
Up to 44 percent respondents look into the shopping mall at least once a week. In 2024:

The most frequently indicated barrier in visiting shopping centers is the lack of purchases (36 percent in 2024 compared to 51 percent in 2023). What do Poles expect from shopping centers?
Respondents most often indicate the need for more promotions and sales (46 percent). They also expect:
