PKP trains faster than ever. The biggest changes are preparing on these routes

Warsaw residents will soon clearly feel the differences during the train journey. From August 31, he will speed up Pendolino from the capital to Szczecin, which will defeat this episode in just 4 hours and 12 minutes, setting a new record on this route. For attractive times of journeys, passengers can also count on connections to Łódź – IC Esperanto and IC The plousters will cover the route from Central Warsaw to Łódź Fabryczna in just 65 minutes.

From Warsaw to Szczecin the fastest in history

We could never get from Warsaw to Szczecin by train in such a short time. Pendolino, which has only recently appeared in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, will now be even faster. Passengers EIP1800 from August 31 will get from the center of the capital straight to Lake Dąbie in 4 hours and 12 minutes. This is a change by another two minutes a plus compared to the previous maximum speed.

In the next timetable, record times of sprinter journeys from Warsaw to Łódź will also be preserved. Passengers IC Esperanto and IC Plooks need only 65 minutes from June to get from the capital to Łódź Fabryczna.

This train will go twice as faster

Slightly faster Pendolino may not impress the carrier’s clients, but the train that will soon overcome his route almost twice as faster than today will certainly arouse interest. We are talking about a new connection between the Krakow-Bielsko-Biała relationship, whose duration will only be 74 minutes, while now you have to count over two hours for the journey.

The new travel time will completely change the lives of Bielsko-Biała residents. The train and three other connections will not start until October 1. This is the first such connection of PKP Intercity implemented by Oświęcim and Czechowice-Dziedzice-so far the route was served only by regional trains on a longer route.
