As part of the “Monday Departure”, PKP discounted second-class tickets on several routes. This time we will travel cheaper, among others: on the Warsaw-Białystok route.

One-day promotions on the occasion of National Education Day and tickets for PLN 1 for seniors are not the end of promotions at PKP. As every Monday, the carrier surprised passengers and offered cheaper second-class tickets on selected routes.

Monday Departure. Tickets at PKP from PLN 9

This time, the promotion covers travel on all Intercity and TLK trains running from Warsaw to Białystok, Ełk and Suwałki (i.e. There/Return trips and all intermediate stations) between October 20 and November 12, 2025. The routes are:

  • Warsaw – Białystok – PLN 29.15

  • Warsaw – Ełk – PLN 36.85

  • Warsaw – Suwałki – PLN 39.05

  • Białystok – Ełk – PLN 9.00

  • Białystok – Suwałki – PLN 14.00

As you can see, you can save a lot. From Białystok to Ełk and Suwałki we can travel from PLN 9 and PLN 14, while at base prices tickets cost PLN 34 and PLN 42. Tickets can be purchased at ebilet.intercity.pl. The availability of places in the system is high, also for weekend connections.

Shorter travel time Warsaw-Suwałki

The new PKP Intercity timetable will come into force from mid-December. It will bring many positive changes also for the inhabitants of eastern Poland. IC Rybak trains will return to the modernized railway line No. 38 and TLK Biebrza. The trains will stop at Giżycko, Kętrzyn and Korsze stations. During the summer season, IC Stańczyk will also go to Pisz via Szczytno and Ruciane-Nida (in the off-season it will run on the Szczecin-Olsztyn route).

A new addition to the Suwałki region will be the IC Wigry squad. Szczecin – Vilnius, which will stop along the way, among others: in Poznań, Warsaw, Białystok and Suwałki. For the residents of Suwałki, this will be the third connection to the capital, and the travel time will be shortened to a record 3 hours and 34 minutes.

In total, passengers will have access to as many as 555 connections, including 527 year-round and 28 seasonal.
