If the application will come to us in July or later, you will receive support from this month – without equalization – resembles the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) in a message posted on the X. platform.
800 plus. The last moment to submit the application
In June a new 800 plus benefit period began, which will last until the end of May next year. Applications under the new edition of the program can be submitted from February, submitting documents until the end of April guaranteed payment of benefits without any break. Payments of 800 plus for substitution of applications submitted in June will take place by the end of August with the equalization for earlier months. People whose applications will receive after June will not get equalities for the previous months. This, of course, does not apply to parents who were just born a child. They have three months to submit the application from the date of birth of the child. If they do it on time, they will receive a benefit with equalization.
The information provided by ZUS shows that most parents do not delay submitting an application on 800 plus. So far, documents have been submitted for nearly 7 million children. However, there are still people who have not submitted the application and if they do not hurry, the money paid as part of the benefit will be lost.
Applications for 800 plus can only be submitted electronically via: Platforma Electronic Services (PUE)/EZUS, Electronic Banking, MZUS application or EMP@TIA portal.
Last year, parents submitted 5 million 193 thousand. applications for almost 8 million children. A year earlier, 5 million 271 thousand were recorded. applications covering 8 million 136 thousand kids.
In April 2026 it will be 10 years since the introduction of 500 plus. Initially, the benefit was only entitled to the second and subsequent child, in 2019 they were also expanded to the first child. At the beginning of last year, the benefit was valorized to PLN 800.
