Spring is getting closer. Many Poles are already delighted with the sun’s rays and are looking for perfect places to relax outside the city. A good option would be the beach, but not by the sea.

It’s not about a trip to the Baltic Sea or Masurian lakes. This time we have a place for you in the province. Lublin Province, because that’s where the charming village of Lubikowo with a natural beach and lake is located. The swimming pool will be open only from July, but nothing stops you from visiting these areas for a walk or a picnic. Who knows, maybe this is where you will welcome the astronomical spring on March 20?

The beach in Lubikowo is described as fairy-tale and beautiful. Although it does not boast huge sizes, in spring it allows for a quiet holiday without crowds. The clean water in Lake Lubikowskie is also appreciated, considered one of the deepest and largest in the commune – it covers an area of ​​314.7 ha.

The beach in Lubikowo offers more than just golden sand. The wooden platforms and surrounding vegetation also attract attention. During the season, you can rent a SUP, a kayak, a pedal boat, and even use an obstacle course on inflatables. There are also restaurants and tourist cottages.

You can find many atmospheric places around Lake Lubikowskie, as the coastline is diversified. In the south-eastern part there is an island covered with forest, called “Lily of the Valley Island” by the locals. The opposite shore is called the Witches’ Mountain, and further there is the so-called Badger Mountain. When visiting the area, you should not forget about the Pszczewski Landscape Park.

When you decide to come, it is worth remembering that Lubikowo is located in the Przytoczna commune in the province. Lubuskie. They will be close to, among others: residents of Gorzów Wielkopolski – approx. 52 km. It will only take a little longer to get there from Zielona Góra – 83 km.
