The first SBU Intelligent Business Park in the country is being built in Warsaw near Warsaw. The investment is implemented by NordSpace – Lithuanian Investment Fund specializing in flexible commercial real estate.

The investment near Warsaw is the debut of Nordspace on the Polish market. An automated business park will consist of 85 premises with an area of 40 to 122 sq m.
