The investment is implemented by NordSpace – Lithuanian Investment Fund specializing in flexible commercial real estate.

The investment near Warsaw is the debut of Nordspace on the Polish market. An automated business park will consist of 85 premises with an area of ​​40 to 122 sq m. The opening of the facility is planned for the coming months, but now nearly 40 percent. the space was rented. In recent months, the company has acquired four more plots for the construction of parks – three in Warsaw and one in Poznań. Representatives of NordSpace declare their willingness to further expand and actively look for new locations for subsequent investments. As they emphasize, it is also an opportunity for landowners.
