Newcold in Nowy Modlin opens one of the most advanced automatic magazines in the world
Newcold, a world leader in the field of advanced food logistics, announces the official opening of its latest, fully automated and energy -saving refrigeration warehouse in Nowy Modlin in Poland. Thanks to the current capacity of over 95,000 palette places, the launch of this modern facility is an important milestone in further Newcold expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.
The new facility increases the total NewCold capacity in Poland to 207 200 palette places, strengthening the role of the country as an important logistics center in the European food supply chain.

By implementing the project, Newcold has established cooperation with the leading construction company Atlas Ward Polska and the global consulting company Arcadis, specializing in design and engineering. The effect of this cooperation is one of the most advanced automated warehouse facilities in the world.
The 27,000 m² warehouse uses its own Newcold software, which smoothly integrates with the company’s resource planning systems (ERP) of clients, ensuring full visibility, identification and scalability of operations.

An investment worth EUR 112 million will create over 140 jobs, contributing to a long -term economic growth in the region.
