Remuneration crucial for justice

Polish culture, especially in formal and foreign relationships, is characterized by a greater distance and hermeticity. For the most part, we don’t want people to know too much about us, especially if it is sensitive information. And conversations about money still remain taboo for many. This does not change the fact that for a sense of justice, working people should have some mechanisms for checking whether they are rewarded correctly and whether the employer plays fair with them. A change of culture is coming, which occurs with the new generation, and which will probably accelerate the implementation of the directive on equality and transparency of remuneration – comments Paulina Król, Chief People and Operations Officer at No Fluff Jobs.

The idea of disclosing exact amounts is most often supported by people aged 25-34 (47 percent) and 18-24 years old (42 percent). In older age groups, this percentage does not exceed 39 percent.
