Natalia Bukowiecka injury! Bad luck of the Polish athlete

Very disturbing pictures straight from the athletics myth in Ostrava. Natalia Bukowiecka suffered a 400 -meter injury.
The Polish bronze Olympic medalist from the IO 2024 in Paris did not finish its Tuesday start. Natalia Bukowiecka shortly after starting, around 150 meters defeated, she stopped and was unable to continue running.
The Polish woman left the treadmill with a grimace of pain, clearly limping.
An injury of Natalia Bukowiecka. Gorzko-sweet myth for Poland in Ostrava
She started her Bukoviego run very well and it seemed that once again the Polish woman would show herself from a very good side. Unfortunately, as it turned out, this time the athlete was 26 years old with health. In the case of Bukowiecka (formerly Kaczmarek), this is rare. Until now, the Polish woman has been avoided by both small and more serious injuries.
It remains to be hoped that despite tears, ultimately the Polish player rightly eliminated the risk of deepening injury.
The athlete itself several dozen minutes after the start referred to the incident through social media. Reassuring your fans.
– Today a sad day for me. I did not finish my race for the first time in my career. However, for everyone who is worried and asking, it is probably nothing serious. For some time I have had a biceps muscle problem. Today after 100 m I felt pain and although I really wanted to run, I knew that it could worsen the matter, that’s why I stopped. We decide what to do with the indoor season after the research – said Bukowiecka.
Interestingly, another Polish representative Albert Komański, who did not finish his start, also got an injury in Ostrava.
Maksymilian Szwed will remember a positive performance in the Czech Republic. In the 400 -meter run, the Pole ran 45.81 – thus beating his life record. This is the second time on European lists in 2025. In addition, less than 21-year-old Swede ran quickly enough that in Polish history only Marek Plawgo was better than him.
Ewa Swoboda took second place in the 60 -meter final. This was the first defeat at this distance of the Polish woman for over two years. However, it must be admitted that it was a minimal, actually the smallest possible, lost.
Therefore, the meeting in Ostrava had a sweet-bit taste for Polish representatives and representatives.
