Musk can buy an apartment in Warsaw. It is worth PLN 25 million

Elon Musk

Elon Musk is looking for a new headquarters to create a development coordination center for his companies in Europe. The billionaire is said to be interested in an apartment in Warsaw.

As we reported a few days ago, citing reports from the daily “Il Tirreno”, Musk plans to buy real estate in Europe. Initially, he looked south – specifically, Italy. In the first half of December, he received a surprising offer from Poland – from the mayor of Głogówek, Piotr Bujak, who tried to interest the owner of companies such as X (social platform), Tesla (electric car manufacturer) and Spacex (space industry company) in a historic castle (in the style of baroque) in Upper Silesia. The building – specifically its first stronghold – was built at the turn of the 13th and 16th centuries.

As TVP Info writes, Musk unfortunately rejected this offer. Instead, he became interested in an apartment in Warsaw.

Musk wants to buy an apartment in Warsaw? It is worth approximately PLN 25 million

“Gazeta Wyborcza” reports that Musk was to book a luxurious apartment in a characteristic skyscraper on Złota Street in Śródmieście. The editorial team of the website wyrcza.biz contacted a real estate agent – Michał Lech – who confirmed this information.

It is a unique apartment on the 52nd floor of an apartment building. The apartment has 200 square meters and its value was estimated at approximately PLN 25 million. It is not certain whether Musk will 100 percent decide to buy the property. However, there is a good chance of this happening.

Zaorski sold the apartment. Now it is owned by a Turkish billionaire

An apartment in the same skyscraper was recently sold by Rafał Zaorski – the most popular speculator in Poland. At the beginning of the second week of January, information circulated in the media that its new owner was Turkish billionaire Fedlan Kılıçaslan, head of a giant specializing in business process outsourcing (entrusting the execution of some of the entity’s tasks to external companies).

The premises have 480 sq m and were bought by Zaorski in 2020 for PLN 23 million. The last price for which the apartment was listed online was EUR 9 million (approximately PLN 38.2 million), but it is not known whether this is what Kılıçaslan paid.
