More than half of Poles save for retirement. The young approach is shocking

Nearly 55 percent Poles claim to retire – according to the SW Research survey for “Wprost”. A mature approach in this matter may surprise the youngest.
The data presented by the pension institute shows that in 2014-2020 the replacement rate fell from 52.5 to 42.4 percent. This means that after retiring, a person receives a benefit less than half of the last salary. Experts alert that without the reform of the pension system, before 2060 the replacement rate will fall below 20 percent.
