Monting Development begins the construction of CU-Cynamonowa Ursynów

The investment will be built at the intersection of ul. Indira Gandhi and Cynamonowa, just 130 m from the Imielin metro station. 187 apartments and 16 commercial premises are planned in three buildings with a height of 6 to 9 floors.

– The final construction permit means that we can proceed to the construction of CU-Cynamonowa Ursynów. From the very beginning, we have attached great importance to the quality of workmanship, materials and solutions that will influence the way the building is used. Now the stage begins in which we will translate these assumptions into concrete implementation – says Jarosław Fiutowski, operational director of Monting Development.

The B1 Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design of CU-Cynamonowa Ursynów. The investment will include, among others: wooden window joinery, high-quality facade materials and glass balustrades. Apartments on the highest floors will be up to 298 cm high. The project also includes extensive common areas and amenities for residents. There will be, among others: reception, internal playroom for children, gym equipped with TechnoGym equipment with sound system and bicycle rooms with service facilities. There is a separate technical elevator for cyclists, and spaces in the garage for charging electric cars. A total of 242 parking spaces are planned.

An important part of the project will be technological solutions used both in the apartments and in common areas. The smart home system will enable, among others: lighting and heating control and video intercom operation. Access for guests will be possible via QR codes, entry to the garage will be based on license plate recognition, and the apartments will be equipped with electronic locks.

– The final building permit opens another important stage in the sale of CU-Cynamonowa Ursynów. On the one hand, we can proceed to concluding development agreements with clients who have chosen their apartments already at the pre-sale stage, which confirms the great interest in the project. On the other hand, there is a group of clients who have been consciously waiting for this moment, wanting to make a decision only when the investment has received final permission and entered the implementation phase. We believe that interest in the project is influenced not only by its location, but above all by quality, timeless architecture and well-thought-out solutions that significantly distinguish Cynamonowa Ursynów from other investments – emphasizes Agnieszka Kaleta, sales and marketing director of Monting Development.

The general contractor of CU-Cynamonowa Ursynów will be Grading sp. z o. o. The entire investment – including infrastructure, greenery, service areas and amenities – is to be put into operation at the same time. Completion of the implementation is scheduled for Q3 2028.
