PLL LOT presented the cabins of new aircraft. In Airbus A220, the journey will be even more comfortable.

From 2027, Airbus A220 will join the Fleet of Polish Airlines. It is already known under what conditions passengers will fly, because the carrier presented photos of the visualization of a modern deck. On short and medium -distance routes, travelers will soon be able to count on such convenience as during very distant flights. “The jet cabins have been designed for maximum comfort and ergonomics, combining modern technology with functionality,” informs the carrier’s press office.

New PLL LOT aircraft

More convenient seats, quieter cabin and larger windows are one of several elements in new PLL LOT aircraft, which will particularly appeal to passengers. However, these amenities can be tested only in 2027, when Airbus A220 joins the fleet of the Polish national carrier. However, visualizations showing what modern cabins will look like.

It is known that on board Airbus A220 travelers will be able to choose from two service classes – Lot Economy Class and LOT Business Class. Depending on the aircraft version, 125 or 149 passengers will fit on board. Travelers will be able to expect a really relaxing journey, because a special technology was used in the cabin that reduces noise levels during the flight. Relaxation is also favored by well -chosen LED lights, adapting the color and intensity to the time of day and the cruise phase, as well as larger windows with the supply of natural light.

More space for luggage and internet

Another important change in Airbus A220 are spacious luggage compartments above the seats. Although the size of the allowed luggage will not change, due to the additional place, passengers will be able to put the bags on the shelf faster, accelerating boarding. “Ultimately, the carrier also plans to provide internet communication services on board, enabling the use of messengers or work during the flight,” we read.
