LOT keeps surprising. More changes on board

LOT Polish Airlines is entering the next stage of improving its offer, with the preferences and comfort of passengers in mind. After introducing new glass and porcelain, it is time for new accessories, thanks to which air travel will become even more enjoyable.

– The changes we are introducing are an expression of care for travellers, but also for the environment. New cosmetic bags, trays and relaxation sets are the next stage of changes presenting the direction of development we want to follow. We will soon be able to present our upcoming novelties to our travellers – says Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of the Product Development and Customer Experience Office.

For greater travel comfort

For several weeks now, LOT Business Class passengers on intercontinental flights have been receiving a new LOT navy blue cosmetic bag made of high-quality material. Inside, there are products from the Polish brand Phenomé, already well-known to travelers. The set includes: a moisturizing face cream with apple extract, a nourishing lip balm, relaxing lavender oil and natural toothpaste, as well as accessories: an eye mask, earplugs and a bamboo toothbrush. The accessories are complemented by socks with an aviation motif – an airplane pattern.

Phenomé cosmetics have been on board PLL LOT for a year now. The brand’s products are made from ingredients that are friendly to people and the environment. In addition, instead of water, hydrolates are used in the products – valuable active ingredients obtained from plants.

Meals served on non-slip trays

Last year, LOT Polish Airlines introduced new, lighter porcelain on board. From now on, meals are also served on comfortable and practical trays. The anti-slip coating prevents the dishes from moving, which is quite important in air travel conditions. With the introduction of new trays, disposable paper coasters were abandoned.

A new quality of rest on board

Even long flights to North America, Japan, China, India or South Korea can become an ideal opportunity to rest. Comfortable sleep is facilitated by soft, pleasant blankets and pillows in LOT Business Class and LOT Premium Economy classes. New accessories are available on board LOT Dreamliners from August 10.

Let us recall that at the beginning of August we wrote about the refreshment of the cabin crew and ground staff uniforms of LOT. They gained new additions inspired by the work of artists from the Young Poland period. From now on, the main role in the designs of the new scarves and pocket squares of PLL LOT staff is played by hollyhocks – flowers that are a specific expression of Polishness.
