LOT is selling out tickets again. This time, an Italian gem is on the list
Autumn is the perfect time for a city break and a trip to a beautiful Italian city. LOT now gives you the opportunity to make such a flight much cheaper. There are more interesting destinations on offer.
On October 8, another so-called crazy Wednesday at PLL LOT. As part of this campaign, customers can benefit from discounts on flights to beautiful places every week. Recently we chose between distant countries, including: United States or United Arab Emirates, this time European proposals dominate. A hit will be a flight to Venice up to PLN 150 cheaper.
Cheaper tickets to Venice with LOT
On the promotional list of the Polish carrier, our attention was particularly drawn to an Italian gem. Venice is famous for its high prices and additional entrance fees to the city, which came into force this year.
In autumn and at the beginning of winter, this fee can be completely omitted because you no longer have to pay. Fees will not return until April 3, 2026, and will apply on selected dates until July 28. Of course, you can also avoid them by booking accommodation in the city center, instead of, for example, cheaper Mestre, but this generates other additional costs.
Now we will pay for the round trip from Warsaw to the port of Venice from PLN 529 instead of PLN 679. However, we must book flights between November 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026. You can, for example, choose a trip from December 4 to 7 and spend exactly PLN 528.57.
These destinations are also cheaper
If Venice is not enough for you, now you can book tickets to Sarajevo or Podgorica even cheaper with LOT. In each case, from PLN 449. You will save the most in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as much as PLN 296. Another option is Nice – from PLN 549 both ways. The promotion is valid only on October 8, 2025, and the number of places at a lower price is limited.
Each of the cities mentioned is perfect for an autumn city break. You can enjoy autumn or winter sightseeing without crowds, and in the case of Italy or the Balkans, even in sunny weather. It is also worth remembering that the season for Christmas markets begins at the end of November, and there are plenty of them in many famous cities. Who knows, maybe they will be the reason you will go on a trip soon?
