The patch from Bydgoszcz was compared to the Szczecin Gack or recently a dog from Łódź, in kind balls thrown onto the balcony. She had her cardboard, in which she sat, and hid in a store on cold days, where she had her own lair. It was even immortalized in a photo from Google Maps.

– I used to take her home for Christmas, but on the second day she stood at the door and she necessarily wanted to return to the florist. She has her people here, her admirers, she would probably die at home for longing for them – emphasized Mrs. Agnieszka.

– I think it is better for a patch such a system than if she was homeless? During the day he stays in a shop or nearby, it is looked after at night, he has accommodation in the store. She is under constant veterinary care, she is fed. I can’t do anything more for her – she added.

Pitbull, led without a muzzle, attacked the cat on Tuesday, March 25, causing serious injuries. – It has separated skin from the abdomen, it was necessary to put on many seams, only yesterday, a week after the attack, the veterinarian removed the drain – said Agnieszka.

As she said, the kitty stopped eating and did not get done, it was necessary to catheterize. She also got strong painkillers and antibiotics. She is still transported to the vet every day. Currently, she is taken to Agnieszka’s home for the night.

– Today she went to her favorite stairs in front of the store for a moment, but she returned soon. When he is at my house, he stands at the door almost all the time, he wants to leave. She is not taught to live in an apartment without leaving. She is over 10 years old, it is difficult to get used to it now. She needs human hands, talking, stroking, clients from florists who love her. This is her life – she said.

Although the treatment of the cat entails high costs, his babysitter did not set up an online collection. Instead, she put a piggy bank in a florist. The city’s inhabitants support the cat in large numbers, especially after publicizing the case on the Facebook page Bydgoszczanie.pl.

However, negative comments also appear in the network. Internet users ask if the “living attraction of the city” and “urban cat” could not be protected against similar events. “It may stop treating animals like mascots and start taking care of their safety,” said the author of a sharp comment.

“The outgoing cat will always be exposed to danger.
