What would a trip to Rome be like if we missed the visit to the Trevi Fountain? Almost every tourist asks this question, which is why crowds often line up at this place. This location has been repeatedly considered dangerous because pickpockets and other thieves take advantage of the chaos there. The Italian authorities intend to solve the problem.
Trevi Fountain without crowds?
The Trevi Fountain will completely change its appearance. This is all due to the limits that are to be introduced on site soon. Only a limited number of people will be allowed under the facility. However, no details have been provided on this matter yet. If you want to get to the monument, you will have to wait patiently for your turn.
The authorities of Rym take a positive view not only of the introduced visitor limits. They are also thinking about selling admission tickets and entry for a small fee. However, such changes would be introduced only later.
