Wrocław has been one of the most dynamically developing cities in Poland for years. Do you see a change in how the premium real estate segment is defined today?

Definitely yes, and I would say it is a fundamental change. Until recently, we mainly talked about standard, location and square footage. Today, these elements are a starting point, not an end in themselves. The market is maturing and customer expectations are maturing with it. More and more people reach the level where they stop looking for a better apartment and start looking for quality of life. That’s a completely different conversation. Sky Residence Collection by The Upper House is a response to this change.

What does this mean in practice for an investor or future resident?

This means a change of perspective. Real estate is no longer just a place to live or an investment of capital. It becomes a space that has a real impact on everyday life, comfort, peace and the way we function. That’s why we talk about life beyond the city. This is not just a metaphor. You describe Sky Residence Collection by The Upper House as a collection, not an offer. Why this decision?

Because this best reflects the nature of this project. We are not dealing here with a repeatable product. This is a limited collection of penthouses, each of which has its own identity. We clearly see that premium customers are increasingly looking for uniqueness. They don’t want things that can be easily reproduced or copied. They want spaces that have character and that build their individual history. Sky Residence Collection by The Upper House was created out of the need to have something unique, not just high quality.

So what is a penthouse today?

The penthouse has undergone a huge evolution. It used to be simply the tallest place in the building. Today it is definitely not enough. In our approach, the penthouse becomes a symbol of position, but also of a conscious choice of lifestyle. We created the collection with attention to the smallest details. When Angel Poland designers started to create it, they wanted to create a place that not only provides space, but also increases emotions, stimulates the senses, giving lightness, freedom, silence, light and unlimited peace. This is how the names were born, which are the language of the senses, created especially for The Upper House by Angel: Lumira, Serenit, Horizma, Nubea and Azuris.

Each of them is a separate story: from the monumental, multi-level Horizma with a panoramic view of three sides of the world, through Lumira bathed in light, to the subtle Nubea, suspended between the sky and water. Our penthouses are spaces that give you a sense of independence and distance, and at the same time allow you to be in the center of everything. You could say that it’s no longer a matter of height, but of the quality of experience.

What makes The Upper House by Angel stand out from other investments in Wrocław?

First of all, the consistency of the concept. This is a project that was conceived as a whole from the very beginning. Not only as a building, but as a living environment. We have unique solutions here, such as a spa zone, a sauna complex, a fitness center with the most modern equipment, and a 25-meter swimming pool, the only one of this size in a residential building in Wrocław. Additionally, there is a coworking space, a kids club for children, and places to meet and relax. But location is equally important. What role does Wrocław itself play in all this?

The key one. Today, Wrocław is one of the most attractive cities to live and invest in Poland. It has a strong economy, attracts international companies and specialists, while maintaining a high quality of life. In my opinion, it is an ambitious city, but also very human. And that’s why it’s ready for projects like The Upper House. Moreover, we see growing interest from investors from outside Wrocław and even from abroad. This shows that the city is perceived as a stable and promising place to invest capital.

Can you say that Sky Residence Collection by The Upper House sets a new direction for the market?

I think so, because every market needs projects that push the boundaries and redefine standards. Sky Residence Collection by The Upper House is not a response to an existing trend, but it kind of sets it. It shows that you can think about real estate differently: more consciously, more qualitatively and more long-term.

Finally, what does “living above the city” mean to you personally?

This is the moment when, when returning home, we really cut ourselves off from the pace of the day. It is a space that gives peace, but also inspires. It’s the feeling that we are exactly where we want to be.

And the penthouse?

Today, the penthouse is not the highest point in the building. This is the highest standard of living.
