Lidl introduces a new convenience. Customers can now view promotional newspapers on WhatsApp.

Lidl newspaper on WhatsApp? The network decided to launch its channel on a popular communication platform.

“In response to the growing expectations of consumers regarding the convenience and availability of information, Lidl Polska has launched a new communication channel on the WhatsApp platform. Thanks to this, customers can now easily and quickly access the latest promotional newspapers, which is the next step towards increasing the comfort of shopping,” reads Lidl in today’s message.

Launching the network channel on a popular communication platform is a solution known from Germany, Belgium, Austria or the Czech Republic. Now it’s time for Poland.

– Customers are always in the center of our attention, which is why we constantly care about their comfort. We want every interaction with our brand to be as comfortable as possible and adapted to their needs. Thanks to new communication tools, such as the WhatsApp channel, we can even better respond to the expectations of our clients, offering them quick and easy access to the latest newspapers – says Aleksandra Robaszkiewicz, director of Corporate Affairs and CSR at Lidl Polska.

How to find Lidl’s newspaper on WhatsApp?

We tested this new solution editorial. To see a lidl newspaper, you should start with the QR code visible on the graphics promoting the action people to use the link available on the network website. The editors chose the first option, i.e. the QR code. After opening the WhatsApp platform, the application generates automatic message that should be sent. Then you need to enter the city code, choose the store that interests us and confirm the subscription by clicking “Start”. After these activities, the latest Lidl newsletter is displayed in the WhatsApp channel.

Lidl and facilities for customers

As representatives of the network emphasize, in recent years Lidl Polska has introduced a number of facilities for customers. These are Electronic price markings (ESL), self -service cash registers, online store, Lidl Plus application or Benefit Plus function. This year, the network also launched the first 300 bottles.
