Lewandowski gave up playing in the Polish national team. He informed about his decision via Platform X.
“Considering the circumstances and the loss of confidence in the Polish national team coach, I decided – until he is its coach – to give up playing in it. I hope that I will still be able to play for the best fans in the world,” Robert Lewandowski said on Sunday evening. So this means that he did not “put the cross” on the team-but he pointed out that he would not participate in the white and red competition as long as the team coach is Michał Prdyk.
