Legia Warsaw and Jagiellonia Białystok met their rivals! Giant at Łazienkowska?

UEFA conference league: Jagiellonia Białystok and Legia Warsaw met their rivals!

It must be admitted that it is rare for Polish teams in the European cups in the spring, and even more so, when it comes to more than one such case. Jagiellonia and Legia, qualifying for the 1/8 league of the UEFA conference, equalized the achievement, for which in Polish realities you had to wait from the season … 1975/76! Just then in the UEFA Cup, at the 1/8 finals stage, Śląsk Wrocław and Stal Mielec checked in.

The 2024/25 season is the fourth edition of the UEFA conference league. The premiere was won by the Italian AS Roma, the second English West Ham United, and the one from the past campaign – the Greek Olympiacos Pireus.
