KRUS will pay extra money. We know the dates and amounts

In 2025, farmers will once again receive a thirteenth pension. This benefit is entitled to a specific group of pensioners from KRUS. Payment will take place in April and will be carried out automatically, without having to submit an application. However, not everyone can count on them – there are specific rules that must be met.

Who will receive the 13th retirement from KRUS?

The right to the thirteenth pension is given to persons who, as of March 31, 2025, receive one of the following benefits: agricultural pension, agricultural pension, periodic agricultural pension or parental supplementary benefit. People who receive more than one benefit will receive only one “thirteen”. Additional money is paid automatically – KRUS does not require any documents.

Deadlines of benefit payments

The thirteenth pension from KRUS will be paid in April 2025, together with regular retirement or disability benefit. Although there is no official confirmation of specific dates yet, as it results from previous practices – payments will be made 1, 4, 10, 15, 20 and 25 April. Small delays resulting from the calendar or the operation of banking systems are possible.

Who will not receive “thirteen”?

The benefits will not be granted to persons who will not receive the right to an agricultural pension until March 31, 2025. Pensioners who exceed the limit of 130% of the average salary may have not only the basic benefit, but also “thirteen”. Agricultural pensions are not suspended, so in their case there is no risk of losing the allowance.

The amount of the thirteenth pension is equal to the lowest agricultural retirement. After the March valorisation in 2025, it is PLN 1878.91 gross. It is an increase of about PLN 100 compared to the previous year.
“Thirteen” is taxed and covered by the health contribution, but it is not subject to other deductions or bailiff executions. This means that farmers will receive the amount reduced only by tax and health contribution.
