Jagiellonia Białystok one step away from the nightmare. Raków Częstochowa threw the club from Israel

Piłkarze Jagiellonii Białystok

Jagiellonia Białystok and Raków Częstochowa advanced to the 4th round of the conference league elimination. It was a very successful evening for both Polish teams.

Raków Częstochowa was in a much more difficult position before the rematch. The team led by coach Marek Papszuna in the first match in their area quite unexpectedly lost to Maccabi Haifa 0: 1. Rakov’s opponent, due to the current situation in Israel and Stefa Gaza (apart from UEFA’s passivity), plays his matches in the role of the host in Hungary, in Debreczyn.

As it turned out, the Polish team was the stadium at Nagyerdei.

Conference League: Raków Częstochowa threw the club from Israel!

Raków on Thursday evening in Hungary visited virtually all the enemy’s weaknesses. It is worth adding that Częstochowa residents had to cope without their most effective player. The situation with Jonatan Browe was widely commented on, there are several unofficial versions, including the conflict between the striker-Trener Papszun. However, this did not change the fact that Brnes did not help the team that day.

For Rakow, however, it was not a problem. The inhabitants of Częstochowa had several opportunities already in the first 45 minutes, but they only hit the net during the added time of the first installment. The effectively used permanent fragment of the game gave a lot of positive energy and faith that in fact you can deduce not only victory from Hungary, but above all promotion to the 4th round of the conference league elimination.

Peter Barath scored a hit for Rakow.

The second 45 minutes went even better. In the 55th minute Lisav Eissat received a second yellow and consequently red card. Maccabi’s defender actually asked for such problems from the beginning of the meeting. Especially the defender’s duels with Patryk Makuch meant that there were even crackling bones. Ultimately, the defender did not finish the match, and Rakowa’s rivals had to cope in the game in weakness, in addition with an adversely arranging rematch.

In the 76th minute of Raków he inflicted a blow to the promotion. Tomasz Pieńko (a very active, good performance was fouled in the penalty area, and the penalty kick was replaced by Lamine Diaby-Fadiga. When leading 2: 0 and playing in the advantage, it seemed that nothing could be able to take away the promotion from Rakow.

However, so that it would not be so good, in the added time of the second half (up to 11 minutes due to the stadium’s smoke by Rakow’s racisko) Kacper Trelowski showed two great interventions. Thanks to the vigilance of the Rakow goalkeeper, it was not only 2: 1 for the visitors, because then extra time would be needed.

Conference League: Jagiellonia Białystok with promotion. Mixed feelings at the finish

Hands made up for applause for the next performance of Jagiellonia Białystok in European cups. After winning 1: 0 in the uncomfortable terrain in Denmark, Białystokie was approaching the role of favorites to the rematch with Silkeborg.

Ultimately, the fate of the two -sight was decided actually in the first half of the match in Bialystok. Jesus Imaz, the undisputed star, showed from the great side, both looking at the European performances of Jagiellonia, as well as what is happening in PKO BP Ekstraklasa.

The Spaniard hit in the 29th minute, in installments, but very confident.

A footballer who was parked a contract with the club from Bialystok a few days ago and is already a living legend of this club, added a second hit in the 35th minute.

Most importantly, however, the team played by coach Adrian Siemieniec looks with great pleasure. Białystok residents are able to drive their actions, showing off spectacular foreign lives, and most importantly, effective – looking at offensive activities.

Certainly coach Siemieniec has something to work on in the context of defensive. She leaked again at the end of the meeting. Jagiellonia lost an unnecessary goal in the 87th minute. And in the added time of the game she still had a lot of danger, in the form of an intermediate free kick. Which the guests turned into a goal number 2.

Effect? It ended in 2: 2, but if the Danes had more time, it could end in a nerve and even … a possible extra time. What else in the 85th minute of the meeting nobody expected in Bialystok, even in the darkest dreams.
