It is no secret that Żabka stores have taken over housing estates in every Polish city in recent years. Both in metropolises, medium-sized agglomerations and simply small towns. It often happens that we find four or five Frogs within a radius of several hundred meters. The expansion has reached such proportions that Poles now ask each other instead of: “Are you going to the store?” is: “Are you going to Żabka?” – and this is a completely understandable trend. The assortment is very similar everywhere, the prices are the same, the availability is very high. For customers, it’s simply convenience. Often, a small shopping trip takes literally a minute or two from leaving the staircase. However, it is worth noting today’s anniversary.
