It is responsible for digesting food and – in the spiritual dimension – the world and information. In light of this information, the custom of reaching for boiled water in the morning seems beneficial. What does Western medicine have to say about this?
Clinical dietitian Dr. Hanna Stolińska explained in an interview that drinking warm water on an empty stomach has many benefits. She mentioned, among others, stimulating the digestive system and better absorption of nutrients and preventing constipation. These benefits result from increased blood flow through the organs.
At the same time, the expert mentioned that It is a good idea to drink warm water before each meal.. It gives a greater sense of satiety. This increases the chance that we will avoid snacking and taking in excessive calories.
How warm water can you drink?
Boiled water is only beneficial to us under one condition – it can’t be too hot. The temperature of the liquid should be between 52-57 degrees Celsius. How to achieve it? The easiest way is to bring the liquid to a boil and let it cool.
Dr. Stolińska also notes that you can dilute the liquid with colder water. This seems to suggest that the temperature of the drink itself is more important, not the cooking process. If so, why not make drinking water in the morning more enjoyable?

For those of us who don’t like the taste of water, the good news is that enriching it won’t be a bad idea.
