Inpro has completed the implementation of its largest investment – the 8th stage of the Optima estate in Gdańsk with permission to use.
Inpro SA a month before the planned date obtained permission to use the last, 8th stage of the Optima estate, located at ul. Tadeusz Jasiński in the Gdańsk district of Jasień. This is the culmination of the largest housing investment in the company’s history.
As part of all stages of the estate, a total of 982 apartments, houses and service premises with a usable area exceeding 54 thousand were built. m². Optima was designed as a coherent and comprehensive life space in which residents have access to numerous amenities. The investment includes, among others: an external gym, a multi-functional playground and playgrounds, green areas, small architecture elements and a pond and a commercial and service building with kindergarten, nursery, a multi-branch shop and a parcel machine.

The Optima housing estate consists of four- and five-storey multi-family buildings and a complex of single-family houses, and its location provides quick access to the main communication routes. It is only 1.9 km from the Designer Outlet Gdańsk shopping center, and 1.7 km from the entrance to the Tri -City bypass, which allows you to reach the center of Gdańsk in about 15 minutes.
As part of the original project “We co -create the city”, in September 2025 the developer built and put into service also a roundabout at the intersection of Stężycka, Jasińskiego and Połczyńska streets. This investment improved traffic in the southern part of Gdańsk and contributed to improving the safety and comfort of residents.
