In these countries, emigrants live the cheapest. One continent dominates

Poles emigrate for various reasons. He left Poland for work purposes, but also to get to know new cultures. There are a few places that are especially cheap for us.
Have you ever wondered which countries are the cheapest for emigrants? It turns out that there are a lot of them on the list. Those located in Asia and South America are in the lead. They seem quite exotic, but also mysterious. They are great tourist destinations that can be explored for months. In many of them, you don’t have to complain about the lack of security.
The cheapest countries for emigrants
When mentioning the cheapest countries for emigrants, we use the Personal Finance Index 2024 organized by InterNations. He published it, among others, on the website forsal.pl. A study conducted this year shows that Vietnam came first. This is where people arriving will have the most money in their wallets. This country won against as many as 53 others for the fourth time in a row.
Colombia and Indonesia were also on the podium. The Philippines, India, Thailand, China, Panama, Mexico, Brazil and Malaysia were also high on the list. It is worth noting that we are talking about places full of attractions, sun and high temperatures. You can count mainly on a tropical monsoon climate when it comes to Asia, but it is also very diverse when we go to South America.
The above-mentioned ranking examined the level of personal satisfaction of respondents in three areas: overall cost of living, satisfaction with the financial situation and income household – whether it is enough to lead a comfortable life.
The cheapest countries and the quality of life
Although it might seem that the cheapest country for emigrants is also the one where the quality of life will be exceptional, this is not the case. The Personal Finance ranking examined various issues. A separate one was created taking into account working conditions abroad, the level of digitalization and quality of life. There, the cheapest countries did not fare so well. For example, Vietnam was in 40th place in this respect. It was ranked 14th when it came to safety and career prospects.
Asian countries definitely dominate the list of the cheapest countries for emigrants. The most expensive ones are the contrast for them. According to InterNations research, these include, among others: Canada, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland and Norway. People arriving there have to take into account very high costs of living.
Interestingly, Poland did neither the best nor the worst. It is in 19th place in the list of the cheapest countries.
