– September is approaching, therefore new earning limits for pensioners and earlier pensioners. From next month they will be able to earn some benefits to their benefits – resembles the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) in a message issued on the X. platform.
Exceeding the limits can cause ZUS to reduce and even suspend the payment of benefits to working pensioners. The first situation is dealt with when the salary exceeds 70 percent. the amount of average monthly salary. The suspension will occur when the salary exceeds 130 percent. the amount of average monthly salary.
New mood limits from September 1

People who:

reached the universal retirement age (except for pensioners with an increase to a minimum),

receive partial pensions,

receive nutrients of war or military invalids (if the incapacity for work results from service),
