Iga Świątek met her rivals in the WTA Finals. There will be huge emotions!
On Tuesday (October 28) afternoon, the groups for the WTA Finals 2025 were drawn. Iga Świątek, who met her rivals, will take part in the event in Riyadh.
Who will the Polish tennis player play against? The runner-up in the WTA ranking went to the so-called Serena Williams’ group. Iga Świątek will face: Amanda Anisimova, Jelena Rybakina and Madison Keys.

- Serena Williams Group: Iga Świątek, Amanda Anisimova, Jelena Rybakina, Madison Keys.
Therefore, there will be a repeat of this year’s Wimbledon final (Świątek – Anisimova), the Australian Open semi-final (Świątek – Keys) and the clash between the Pole and Rybakina, a rival who is particularly suited to the Polish player.
The WTA Finals in Riyadh are scheduled for November 1-8. In the group stage, each of the eight best players of the season will play three matches.
Iga Świątek and all her championship titles
In her career so far, the Pole has won a total of 25 championship titles on courts almost all over the world.
Świątek won six Grand Slam titles, four times at Roland Garros (2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024), once at the US Open (2022) and Wimbledon (2025). To this should be added the prestigious triumph in the WTA Finals (2023).
In addition, wins in WTA 1000 tournaments in: Rome (2021, 2022, 2024), Doha (2022 and 2024), Indian Wells (2022 and 2024), Miami (2022), Beijing (2023), Madrid (2024) and the most recent one in Cincinnati (2025).
The list also includes WTA 500 competitions: Adelaide (2021), Stuttgart (2022 and 2023), San Diego (2022), Doha (2023) and Seoul (2025). Plus a Polish accent, WTA 250 in Warsaw (2023).
After the Olympic tournament in Paris (2024), a bronze medal of the Games should be added to this list. The first disc in the history of Polish Olympics taken from competition on tennis courts. Although, as the tennis player herself mentioned, after winning Wimbledon, if she could, she would exchange one of her Grand Slam wins – for Olympic gold.
