Iga Świątek did something great! Absolute madness
Iga Świątek is already in the quarter -finals of the Grand Slam Wimbledon. The Polish woman in the 2025 season did something special. You can applaud the tennis player at the thought.
On Monday (i.e. July 7), Iga Świątek evening leveled her best result in her career, looking at the achievements on the grass in Wimbledon. The Polish woman defeating Clara Tauson in two sets (6: 4, 6: 1), secured her promotion to the best “eight” of the legendary tournament in London.

Świątek in the 2025 season has not yet had the opportunity to celebrate after triumph in any final. The Polish woman closest to happiness was in the last attempt before Wimbledon, during the WTA 500 tournament in Bad Homburg. Ultimately, Jessica Pegula turned out to be better in Germany.
The American in Wimbledon, however, was eliminated in the first round, and the Polish woman is already in the quarter -finals and it seems that this will not be her last word. Świątek noted the third promotion to the best “eight” of the Grand Slam tournament this season. What’s more, a Polish woman in Melbourne (Australian Open) and Paris (Roland Garros) reached the semi -finals. The fact is, in her career, it has not yet happened that in each of the Grand Slam challenges, looking at one season, enter the quarter -finals.
However, that’s not all. The Polish woman who was only 24 has just reached her 12th quarter -finals of the Grand Slam tournament. Looking at the record, Świątek has been the youngest such a case since the legendary Maria Szarapowa. The Russian made such art, entering the “quarter” of Australian Open 2008. Such statistical curiosities in which the Polish woman erases subsequent records, or equals the gigantic figures of world tennis, but emphasize how big the person is now Christmas.

In addition, won in WTA 1000 rank tournaments, respectively in Rome (2021, 2022, 2024), Dosze (2022 and 2024), Indian Wells (2022 and 2024), Miami (2022), Beijing (2023) and Madrid (2024).
