Hubert Hurkacz interrupted silence. The Pole took a great risk
It seems that Hubert Hurkacz fans will have to get around the taste in the context of the Pole’s performances on the court in the near future. Wrocław has just informed about the surgery.
It is worth recalling that the tennis player from the capital of Lower Silesia withdrew several days ago from the ATP 500 tournament in Halle. Another on the list of those in which Hubert Hurkacz likes and can play – having in his achievements, among others Winning in the whole struggle.
A little earlier, a Pole had to withdraw from the tournament in the Dutch S-Hertogenbosch. The Wrocław resident suffered a back injury during the match and it was obvious that this injury could make it difficult to function.

Before Wimbledon, it turned out that the issue of a returning problem with the knee came to health problems. For this reason, Hurkacz had to withdraw from the competition in London.
“Hi to you! In recent weeks I have struggled with knee problems – pain, liquid gathering and other ailments that have difficult to make training and competition difficult for me. After thoroughly analyzing various possibilities, we decided that the arthroscopy, which I went through last Monday, will be the best solution. During the procedure, the hypertrophic Dr. Bartłomiej Kacprzak, who has carried out the operation, and I will return to the court only when I am 110% ready to compete again for all support, thanks to this. Let us remind you that in Wimbledon Hurkacz reached for his best result in his career, looking at Grand Slam tournaments. In 2021, the Pole reached the semi -final of the event in London.
Currently, Kamil Majchrzak is successful in Wimbledon. The only Polish singling achieved life result, on Wednesday evening reaching the third round of the event in London.
Hurkacz remains to wish a lot of health. Operational interference related to the knee, especially in such sport as tennis – is never good information. What’s more, these are movements with considerable risk. It remains, however, that this time it will end better than it did in 2024. Then the Pole seems to go back to playing a bit too quickly.
