How do I register for permanent residence?
An application for permanent registration can be submitted online via a trusted profile. You must have a document confirming your place of residence (e.g. a lease agreement or an extract from the land and mortgage register). In the absence of such documents, you must attach to the application a statement from a person or entity holding rights to the property, confirming your stay or a document confirming the legal title of this person or entity to the property in question.
All formalities can be completed on the GOV.pl website. There, you need to select the “Registration and elections” section, log in through a trusted profile, then log in and sign the application with a trusted signature. And that’s it.
