Searching for ticks is often not an easy task. Especially if we are dealing with hard to reach places or the coat of our four -legged pet. However, the technology comes to the rescue and it is the one we have within the reach of the hand.
Ticks are hidden on a dark background? There is a way
The specific construction of the tick makes it visible when using one filter in the phone. Just find an application called “Lupa” or “Enlargement”. In the settings we should look for filters and set the “inverted” image. We scan with such a screen on our own body or animal. The background should have a dark shade, and the ticks will stand out as white points.
If you do not have such an application, look for it in the Play or App Store. They should be available for free. This is a simple and surprisingly effective way to detect most ticks, even on dark clothes or hair. Reversing color is a trick that has gained considerable popularity in social media.
Ticks are extremely dangerous. Those found in the fields, in forests or home gardens, carry dangerous bacteria and viruses. Infection with a man poses a great threat. It can cause Lyme disease (borreliosis) or tick -borne encephalitis (Ixodica). The course of both diseases is very unpleasant – in both cases it may end, among others chronic problems of the nervous system.
