Holidays with funding? You can get PLN 5,000

Summer rest for children and young people is fast approaching, and with it the possibility of obtaining financial support for its organization. As part of the fifth edition of the Active Foundation Program, a total of 500,000 were allocated. PLN for holiday initiatives. The funds will be distributed in the form of 100 grants, each worth PLN 5,000.

Co -financing of holidays

Co -financing can apply, among others Primary schools, foundations, associations, units of the Volunteer Fire Brigade, Children’s Homes, Culture Houses, common rooms, village housewife circles, libraries and care and educational institutions operating in Poland. The condition for receiving support is to meet certain criteria. The project must be educational and recreational, be directed to the local community and implemented in the country between June 28 and August 31. It is also advisable to include pillars of sustainable development, including the subject of cultural heritage and environmental protection.

Applications can only be submitted online. The recruitment began on April 25 and will last until May 19, 2025. The evaluation committee will take into account, among others, the originality of the idea, adequacy to the needs, budget transparency and effectiveness of activities.

Special considerations

The initiatives implemented in Eastern Poland (Lublin, Podlasie, Podkarpackie, Świętokrzyskie and Warmian-Masurian) and in towns of up to 20,000 inhabitants will be particularly awarded.

The list of beneficiaries will be published at the latest on May 23, 2025. This is a key date for parents who will be able to get acquainted with the results of the recruitment and plan the summer rest of their children as part of the co -financed initiatives.
